This process follows Belgian regulations and requires you to submit documents.
Why is this validation process important?
This process helps protect players. It also helps create a safe gaming environment.
It helps by:
- Preventing minors and vulnerable players from accessing services.
- Ensuring each player has only one account.
- Reducing the risk of fraud and duplicate accounts.
- Confirming a real person created the account.
- Confirming the account has an active mobile phone and email address.
- Allowing us to contact players when needed.

How do I complete the Real Money form?
Follow these steps to complete the Real Money form:
- Fill in all fields on the Real Money form.
- Make sure all information is correct. This helps avoid issues with account verification.
What are the field limits on the Real Money form?
- Most fields: up to 85 characters
- Street name: up to 150 characters
- House number and postal code: up to 20 characters

What should I select if I am in Belgium?
Choose your status:
- Belgian citizen:
- Enter your national registry number (NRN).
- Enter your place of birth (limited to max. 25 characters).
- Visitor or other:
- Enter your passport number.
- Enter your place of birth.
- Enter your gender.

Step 2: Verify your identity with your documents
How do I upload my identity documents?
After completing the Real Money form, log in to your account and:
- Tap on your 'User ID'.
- Go to ‘Cashier’.
- Select the ‘Verify your identity' tab.
- Send the document.
What are the requirements for my ID document?
Follow these instructions:
- The ID must be valid and not expired
- All details must be clear and legible
- All four corners must be visible
- The full document must be visible (do not cover any information)
- Use a plain background (for example, white paper)
- Use good lighting (avoid flash glare)
- Show:
- Main page of passport or driver’s license
- Front and back of national ID
File requirements:
- Format: JPEG, PDF, or DOC
- Maximum size: 5 MB

Timeframes and outcomes
How much time do I have to send the documents?
You have 90 days from the date you complete the Real Money form to send us documents.
To avoid delays, validate your account as soon as possible.
What happens if I don't send the documents?
If documents are not received within 90 days:
- Your account will be closed automatically.
You can only withdraw funds after completing the validation process.
